Six years ago last March a little girl was born to us. She was well at first but grew weaker constantly. The physician prescribed medicine which did not help her, and thus almost five months passed by. The doctor said to my husband that she was a very sick child. She refused to take food and was greatly emaciated. On Sun day morning, August 5, God sent us help. My mother had heard of Christian Science and a practitioner was called to see the child. She received treatment and that same day there was a marked change for the better. She continued to gain, until she is now a strong, healthy child, in advance of most children of her age. Since then we have seen other cases of illness overcome through Christian Science.

I am very grateful to God for all that He has done for us through Christian Science, and that He has sent us our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, that she might show us the way.
