There appeared in a recent issue of the Sentinel a testimony of healing, signed Darius Perry, the statements of which are now denied. Mr. Perry has passed away, and his family say that the testimony purporting to have been written by him is not genuine, that its details are not true, that he was not healed by Christian Science. It is our intention and endeavor to give such testimonies only as are unquestionably true and fully verifiable by inquirers, but we find that in this case we may not have been as diligent as was needed.

In justice to Mr. Perry, his family and friends, as well as to ourselves, we make this statement and express our sincere regret.
