Faith

Just to keep your thought true, Steadfast,
Just to know that God is here,
Just to feel His arms about you,
Just to trust, and have no fear.

This is what the Father wishes,
This is what He asks of each;
This is all of life's real burden,
This, through faith, we all can reach.

Faith to know He is unchanging,
Faith to listen for His voice,
Faith to rest in every promise,
Faith to trust, look up, rejoice.

Walk among men, imparting of your peace and love to those in need, and your influence for good shall be felt afar in the world. Then shall thy soul become as sweet and fragrant as the air of morning, and peace and love the wings that bear thee onward amid circling spheres of light.

George A. Fuller.

Don't think you can do anything worth doing in a fit of enthusiasm, but train yourselves carefully to any work that you are called on to do, and think nothing too small to do carefully, or to train carefully for, that is for the good of your fellow-creatures.—Florence Nightingale.
