The annual meeting of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Peterboro, Ont., was held in the church edifice, April 25. Following is an extract from the report of the clerk which was submitted at that time:—

A year ago there were two churches in the Field struggling for existence. The first great victory for Truth was the uniting of the First and Second Churches, which are now working harmoniously together, God working with us.

The Sabbath School is increasing in numbers and interest. It has bought an organ for the church, the children working faithfully to make up the necessary amount to pay for it.
