To the Editor of The Evening Post.
Sir:—A writer in your issue of March 8, reviewing the "Actes du Premier Congrès International d'Historie des Religions," professes to be surprised to find the name of Mary Baker G. Eddy enrolled among the members of that Congress. In the interests of historical accuracy, I beg to remind him that one of the most largely attended Congresses of the World's Parliament of Religions in Chicago was devoted to Christian Science.
Addressing this Congress, on September 20, 1894, the Hon. C. C. Bonney, referred to by your reviewer as the writer of "An Historical Sketch of the Chicago Congress of Religions," in the "Actes" under consideration, said to the great audience, filling the hall of Washington:—
