Christian Science cured me of consumption of the bowels of several year's standing, after all other remedies had failed. I had suffered from bronchitis from childhood, and was seldom free from a sore throat and a terrible cough. Materia medica had done its best to cure me, but I grew weaker each day. It is a question whether I would be here to-day if Christian Science had not rescued me from death. It is unnecessary to go into details about the sufferings I passed through; but I would say that I can be among people now who cough and cough without coughing myself. My throat is completely healed and also my bowels. My friends say I have greatly changed; my face, which always looked so sad, has a happy expression now. They are watching me to see if I shall keep well. It is now two years that I have made Christian Science a study, and found not only health but a spiritual, uplifting, Life, Truth, and Love religion. Oh, how many years I have longed for such a religion and prayed for it! God has granted beyond asking and understanding. My heart goes out to our Leader who has dared to stand before the world and make this great healing Principle known.—E. H., Cleveland, O.
