When I came into Christian Science I was an invalid. taking medicine all the time day and night. My father and husband were physicians. Strange as it seemed then, my father, who had practised medicine over forty years, was the first to tell me of the wonderful cures wrought by Christian Science, and persuaded me to try it, which I was very willing to do. I was healed instantaneously of the seeming trouble I then had.

I have since been an ardent believer, having some good demonstrations in my own case and also with others. One was a sprained ankle, which was cured in one evening. At another time a heavy folding bed fell on my limb. Some said, "you will be laid up with that;" but, thanks to Christian Science, not one moment was lost in consequence, although it was badly discolored for a while.

I could fill page telling of my demonstrations, but will wait for some other time, I love to study the Bible and Science and Health, our Quarterly, and also all our dear Leader's writings. I am a charter member of our little church, also a member of the Mother Church.
