I was badly crushed by a locomotive in 1893
I was badly crushed by a locomotive in 1893. I laid in plaster of paris for seven months. That was taken off and I then wore a jacket made of leather and steel. This was very disagreeable in addition to the suffering which continued all the time until I met a Christian Science friend.
This friend told me there was no need for me to suffer as I had been doing, and told me how I could be cured. I immediately tried Christian Science and was healed in two or three treatments. I have suffered no bad effects from these injuries since.
Through this friend I was also healed of an attack of pneumonia which the doctors said was very severe.
I am very thankful to God for what has been done for me through Christian Science, and to my friend who led me to Christian Science. I cannot say too much for Christian Science and our Leader, Mrs. Eddy. I am reading Science and Health and I hope some day to be better able to explain to others that they may reap the same great blessings that I have done.—WM. WYATT, Louisville, Ky.
