Christian Science Services on Shipboard
We sailed from New York July 4th, on steamer Barbarossa, North German Lloyd, and in the afternoon, as I was sitting on deck reading our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," a lady stopped to ask me if I were a Christian Scientist. I gladly answered, "Yes." I then heard that this lady, Mlle. Demarez from Paris, was on her way home from Boston.
On Saturday we studied our Sunday lesson together in my cabin.
We were informed that there were among the passengers twenty-three physicians and fifteen ministers. The ministers had been sent to the W. C. T. U. in Boston, and were now returning to Europe.
