Among the Churches

First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Mount Vernon, which has been holding services for nearly three years past in the Ferguson Building, has engaged larger and more suitable quarters in the Fairfax Building, First Street and First Avenue.

The rooms are being thoroughly renovated, decorated, and furnished, and will be ready for occupancy about August 1.

The reading room, a comparatively new feature of the organization, will be opened to the public every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon, from 2.30 to 4.30. Inquirers will here find plenty of literature bearing on the subject, and those willing to explain somewhat of this interesting science.
