An Octogenarian Healed

At my mother's urgent request, the following account of her healing is lovingly submitted. Five years ago she was badly crippled and partially paralyzed from the effects of rheumatism. Truth, as set forth in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," was explained to her by a loyal student, and without further treatment than this audible presentation of Truth, she was thoroughly healed of that disease.

A little over two years ago she came on a visit to the South, and while with me, she began the daily study of Science and Health. This systematic study, with only an occasional denial, audible or silent, from me, healed her of prolapsus uteri of over forty years' duration.

One evening she suffered an attack of periodic bladder trouble. Under medical treatment this trouble sometimes kept her in bed, in agony, for days and sometimes weeks, and catheters were necessary to give temporary relief. This time Christian Science was the one thing she desired, and a half hour's treatment healed her completely.
