Applications for Membership.
Applications for membership in the Mother Church to be presented at the semiannual meeting of the First Members to be held Tuesday, November 7, 1899, must be in the hands of the Clerk of the Church on or before the 15th day of October. Send applications to 30 Norway Street instead of 95 Falmouth Street, as heretofore directed. Hereafter address the Clerk of the Church at 30 Norway Street.

Per Capita Taxes.
Per Capita Taxes and contributions to The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Mass., should be sent to Stephen A. Chase, Treasurer, Box 56, Fall River, Mass.
The year for payment of per capita tax will commence June 1 and end May 31, instead of beginning October 1 and ending September 30, as heretofore. See Church Manual, eleventh edition, Art. XII., sec. 1.
