Renew your finances, renew the world’s economy

Pamela DeBolt, C.S.B.

“These are times of opportunity, these are times of renewal,” says Pamela DeBolt, in her opening comments. “I love thinking that we will have progress. We’ve made progress before, we’ll make progress again. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s easy, but every single one of us, if we look back in a few months, we’ll be in a different place than where we are right now. Let’s know that it will be in a good place, a place of progress, a place of healing, a place of contribution, a place of looking ‘out there’ rather than just ‘in here.’”

In her answers to the many and diverse questions posed by visitors, she makes the point that we’ve “got to look deeper and more profoundly at the world we live in. The whole sense that we are limited and restricted from good simply has to be challenged.” Among other topics, Pamela responds to questions about joblessness, bankruptcy, dependence on others for financial support, concern about family members with financial challenges, guilt over excessive debt, learning from one’s mistakes, how divine Love will meet every need, and several questions posed by individuals whose businesses have been struggling.
