Peace instead of war; a refuge for refugees

Live audio chat with Josh Niles, C.S.

In this chat, Josh responds to questions about the overall problem of refugees and specifically the plight of Syrians caught up in the conflict there, who are displaced internally or have had to move to countries surrounding Syria.  He also offers encouraging ideas and prayer for people in the Philippines who have been left homeless by the typhoon.

Josh emphasizes that no one can ever be separated from God, and no one can ever be outside of divine Love.  He explains that our prayers based on these and other spiritual facts—which he shares—will support the efforts of people in the troubled areas and lead them to what they need.  He responds to questions about how we can know that our prayer is making a difference in such situations; he offers ways to pray about the children caught up in the conflict, and also reminds listeners that prayer is needed for the countries receiving refugees.
