Every Hour

Dear God, because Thy love all time enfolds,I shall not dwell on days that are gone by,Either to joy in them or, grieving, cry;To Thee belong the hours the past now holds.

New Wine

A night there was, When, doubting and severe, My weary thoughts contained in discontent Escaped In a thin cry; And, like the Psalmist, I trod softly midst the stars and questioned, Where is the place of inspiration, Where is its fountainhead?
