Mind and Man

Man is at one with God, his heavenly source; His consciousness, serene, can only knowThe facts divine and holy power, which flowIn union true and full unbroken courseThroughout the realm of all things real; with forceUnspent, unchecked by mortal will, yet kind,Revealing the unlabored might of MindWhich man reflects—his God-ordained resource.

My Gift

O Father God, I thank Thee,And thanking Thee, rejoiceThat when I truly listenI clearly hear Thy voice! In quiet meditation,In humbleness I findThe solace of Thy leading,The sanctuary of Mind.

Testing Time

The mountaintop is all alight With morn's bright promise of the day; I stand alone in silent awe Above the clouds of misty gray.

Serenity

Rest, troubled heart.

WITH joy I lay my burden down; Its weary weight is gone.

Awake!

Awake! the dream that mortal sense Would make for man is done! Now is the time to rise and know Dreams have no course to run.

The Gift of Love

Into this day that seemed so dark and denseLove's light has shone,Causing the shadows of old fearsTo vanish, one by one.

"Shew me thy ways, O Lord"

Open my eyes that I may seeWhat is Thy loving will for me;That clear before my troubled gazeThy light shall show the ordered waysOf Thy requirements.
