A STUDENT
of Christian Science who, before knowing of this truth, had associated little of joy or happiness with the will of God, and whose concept of this will was beclouded by the many "Thou shalt not's" of a strict, erroneous theological teaching, felt boundless gratitude for the teachings of Christian Science, which gradually released her from many false concepts of our loving Father-Mother God.
Many of those present at the Wednesday evening meetings of the Churches of Christ, Scientist, are seeking physical healing; some, light on the solution of business, home, or school problems; while others are hoping to benefit by the relating of some unfoldment of Truth which has come to another in his study, perhaps relative to a Scriptural passage or a statement from one of Mrs.
A CONSIDERATION
of the Gospel record of Christ Jesus' experiences impresses the student with the fact that with him Christian preaching and practice were conjoined; and it is also evident that the Master expected this co-ordination to distinguish the lives and Christian works of his followers.

Having read the reports in your paper of the four addresses on "The Truth and Error of Christian Science" by an Archdeacon, I shall be glad of space to correct some of the statements he has made concerning the teachings of Christian Science.
In
Matthew's Gospel we read of how the multitudes, having discovered that the power to heal was manifested through Jesus of Nazareth, brought those who were afflicted "and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them.
