In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

Sacrament

In the Christly model, allegiance to God and His Son—and the loving regard for one another flowing from it—fulfill all the law.

Back on the water

God’s messages, like the wind hitting the rigged sail, can move us forward.
As long as we’re looking exclusively to divine Spirit, it doesn’t matter if God’s healing insights come as a series of subtle, quiet epiphanies or in a single, momentous blast.

First, choose Spirit

What does our day look like if we go through it frequently reminding ourselves that there is no other Mind than God, Spirit?

Seeing as God sees

Seeing as God, Spirit, sees involves recognizing that the perfection of spiritual being is the only reality of existence and that anything discordant is the darkness, which must disappear in the light of God’s infinite goodness, here and now.

Revolutionizing the world

God

God’s people are strong witnesses to His omnipresence and sovereign power.
Getting to know God better—and getting to know ourselves better as God’s spiritual image—helps us be more receptive to “God’s unerring direction.” This certainly brought out a harmonious and permanent freedom from addiction for my friend.
Would doubt and fear get in the way of this epic summer experience? This teen’s prayers ensured they didn’t.
Christian Science boldly states to the world that our true lives are found in Spirit. Those who cling to the popular belief that life resides in matter—that we are merely or largely flesh and blood—may doubt, even oppose, Christian Science. But that does not change its truthfulness or threaten its existence.
Yielding to the truth that each of us is Love’s creation has increasingly enabled me—despite anyone’s devaluating actions and my reactions to them—to perceive God’s love for them and me, to acknowledge what that means God knows us to be, and to recognize that I can love.
