Help us see as Jesus saw
Hold us close in Love, dear Father,
when storms of hate and pain do gather.
Keep us safe within Your law.
Help us see as Jesus saw.
Your good creation, whole and fair—
the Master saw this everywhere.
Within this view, all discord parted,
lifting up the brokenhearted.
When the lie of warring man
seems to cloud Your holy plan,
lift our thoughts to You above;
help us love as Jesus loved.
Let us not be taken in
by hatred, sickness, death, and sin.
Show us how we need to go
to follow Christ, the Way we know.
With You, our Mind, the All-in-all,
we cannot fail or fear or fall.
We are Your image—good and pure,
beloved, complete, sound, and secure.
Help us see as Jesus saw—
Your perfect man and perfect law.
He proved Your truth for all to see,
to light the path eternally.
