> Mark Catlin, “Listening with all our heart,” Sentinel, November 27, 2023
Thank you for this beautifully articulated article. It’s helpful this very moment and will be for a long time. Healing ideas last forever.

> Karen Neff, “Thank you prayers: The antidote to worry,” cssentinel.com, November 16, 2023
This article spoke to me so clearly and calmly. I realized that worry is sometimes a subtle precursor to fear and that I need to be aware of falling into this trap. The author gives solid and practical ideas that we can use and easily put into practice.

> Barbara Vining, “Watching TV? Watch your thoughts!” Sentinel, November 13, 2023
I have also muted TV ads for decades, but never took advantage of those quiet minutes to do as the article suggests and “love those who write and produce those ads, and every TV watcher, knowing that no one can be duped into believing anything that is not true of God and man.” What a wonderful way to open thought to the influence of God on everyone.
Sue Holzberlein, Ashby, Massachusetts, US
