Safe when swarmed by wasps
Several years ago, my three-year-old grandson, Ben, was playing on a climber in our backyard while I was weeding nearby. I heard him let out a little cry and turned to see him surrounded by many buzzing, angry wasps. Some were crawling on his clothes and hair. In just a few seconds, I was at the climber. My first thought was from Hymn 53 in the Christian Science Hymnal:
Everlasting arms of Love
Are beneath, around, above;
God it is who bears us on,
His the arm we lean upon.
