Fear dissolves, whiplash healed
I’m so grateful for a recent healing.
My friend had been teaching me how to ski, and every day we were having fun and seeing improvement. I had fallen a couple of times as I navigated new or more challenging areas, but I felt joyful and wasn’t afraid.
On the last day, I had a fall that was cartoonish: I flailed and rolled. Like the previous times, my friend helped me up, and we carried on. When I woke up the next morning, however, I felt immense pain in my neck. I assumed I had slept on it funny, but it was concerning when I had to use my hands to support my neck and head as I got up.
