A comforting and real blessing
I just read the January 2, 2017, Sentinel editorial by Margaret Rogers, “Getting to the goal.” In it, she mentioned that “health is our integrity.”
I found it interesting to put together the words health and integrity, so I looked up the definition of integrity in the online version of Noah Webster’s 1828 dictionary. It brought out that integrity is wholeness, an unimpaired state, and has a special reference to mutual contracts, and reminded me of the covenant God has with us. The words health and integrity go well together.
God promises us unimpaired health, wholeness, as part of our contract with Him—God’s covenant with us. God holds all of His ideas in a perfect state of wellness. What a comforting and real blessing. Thank you to Margaret Rogers for this healing editorial.

Always learning something new
Thank you so much for the Bible Lens. It affords just the right amount of commentary on the current Christian Science Bible Lesson, a taste of the deeper understanding that digging into the Lesson can bring. I always learn something new that advances my Bible study.
