Set in the right direction

I learned to scull a number of years ago, but a year and a half went by when I didn’t get out on a boat in the river.

A journey illumined by love

During turbulent years in Indonesia in the 1960s, when I was a teenager, Christian Science was first introduced to me by a friend from a swimming club who attended Christian Science Sunday School.
When I was born, the doctor told my mother that I wouldn’t live to age five unless an operation was performed.

Healed after bike accident

A few summers ago, while grabbing a towel draped over the railing of our deck, a splinter of wood went under one of my fingernails and lodged between the nail and the flesh of my finger.

Unsightly growth dissolves

As youngsters, my sister and I were pupils in a Methodist Sunday School.
