Where is God when we need Him?
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
When asked what the greatest commandment was, Jesus answered, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” (Matthew 22:37). I had always read this verse with a total trust in the good that comes into one’s life because of this love until a recent experience when, for the first time, I began to feel separated from God’s goodness. I felt lost in what seemed like a bad dream coming true.
