The way home
Sometimes reaching “home”—literally and metaphorically—seems to take forever. However, a close look at this photograph suggests that the road need not seem long at all. The path itself is beautiful. It would be hard to stray far from it. Just think of the ending of the 23rd Psalm: “I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.” Home is secure, safe, waiting for us at the end of each journey.
