What are you going to be when you grow up?
This article was first published in the July 2011 kids’ issue of the German, French, Spanish, and Portuguese editions of The Herald of Christian Science.
Has anybody asked you that question? You have probably heard it many times, right? What have you answered—an engineer? A teacher? Or you don’t know yet? Whether you know or not, you can just close your eyes and listen for the answer. Yes, try it! Listen to what God is telling you, right now. And keep the answer in your heart.
Why is this answer important?
Because it comes from God, the divine infinite intelligence. God knows everything. God knows what is best for you and how you can best bless the world. Yes, bless the world! Does that sound like too big a task for you? Well, it is not too much for your heavenly Father-Mother. And as God’s child you reflect His-Her goodness.
