I overcame shyness

I always had  a lot of difficulty relating to people because of shyness, but I only realized the gravity of this situation when I was 16 and decided to get a job. Going on any job interview was very difficult for me, and it was an obstacle to my being hired. I started to get worried about this behavior.

One day last year, in the Sunday School of the Christian Science church I attend, I was told that the church needed someone to work in the Reading Room.

I was very interested. After all, it was a unique opportunity that would bring me many blessings, but when I imagined myself helping people and talking to them, I was afraid and did not apply for the job.
