Healing of dengue

Once, while I was on vacation in a warm climate, my health deteriorated to the point that my family decided to take me to a clinic. A team of doctors examined me, ran tests, and determined that my blood had been contaminated by dengue, which is apparently contracted through mosquito bites.

During the five days that I was hospitalized, I was given serum and antibiotics, although the doctors stated that no medication existed to cure this disease.

As soon as I left the clinic, I stopped taking the medication and decided to rely solely on prayer in Christian Science. Every day I studied the Christian Science Bible Lesson, made up of citations from the Bible and Science and Health. This Lesson helps us know the healing truths that Christ Jesus taught and that can be applied to bring healing to any situation.
