In the past there've been shoots of pain from my knees now and then. Whenever that happens, I use it as a little alarm clock—time to thank God with all my heart that He never made pain. It's never part of my life, or anyone's life. What a wonderful thought! I just rejoice in that—the infinite comfort of Love, constituting all substance, filling all space. The pain vanishes away. I (mentally) ran to this wonderful truth recently when heavy boards fell on my toes. The pain faded away in moments, and there was no bruising.
