beyond facades

A photographer's perspectives on beauty.

Cameron Martindell, a regular contributor to our "Spiritual Lens" feature, describes himself as a freelance adventure writer and photographer. He has visited more than 25 countries, camera in hand—so far. He has backpacked the Southern Alps of New Zealand, whitewater rafted through the Grand Canyon, lived for four months at the South Pole, snowshoed across the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Recently, Cameron spoke with Senior Writer Kim Shippey about the beauty he's absorbed during his worldwide travels.
