THANKS FOR 9/7 ISSUE

Yesterday I was rereading Margaret Schwartz's interview and Jennifer Dale's article "A golden thread of joy," from the September 7 Sentinel ("Alive with 'vigor, freshness, and promise'"). As I read, I felt an adjustment in the bones of a foot that had been painful. You can imagine how grateful I was, and I wanted to let you know.

In the same issue, I was pleased and touched to see the testimony about the healing of a bantam rooster. I have seen many healings of animals over the years, including, but not limited to, my pets. When I was a child of about seven, I prayed for a newborn calf that was not expected to live. It lived and thrived. I was the only Christian Scientist on the scene.
