LETTERS

How grateful I am for all that you do to feed, inspire, uphold, support us. I read with a pen and underline what speaks to me (my daughter says, "Why bother? Everything is underlined!"). Reading the Sentinel makes my heart sing! I so appreciate all of you and the other contributors. I have tried my hand at writing, and you are so dear in sending thoughtful suggestions. I am a most appreciative reader and keep a file for my hope of becoming a contributor. I am just all the more aware of what goes into presenting a Sentinel as a result of the challenge to me in writing.

In this week's issue (March 31, "Education for spiritual healers—Christian Science class instruction") I am particularly taken by Bettie Gray's poem, "The light that dances in our Mother-Love's eyes." She captures an idea that I haven't been able to articulate about how awesome this creation is. Who would have thought as an artist that one could combine what appears as sky with earth? She says,
