Waiting for a job?
A couple of years ago I was waiting for a new job. I'd left my last position, feeling at odds with the direction of the company.
I did the traditional résumé preparation and began networking in my field. But more important, I regularly devoted time to prayer—to aligning my thought with God. As a Christian Scientist, I understand God to be my Father-Mother. And because I'm His beloved son, I can rely on Him for protection, wisdom, and guidance.
