Stepping off the diet merry-go-round
Body size and appearance seem to be worldwide preoccupations. These days, working to get a more "perfect" body is often seen as a desirable—and harmless—goal. Through my study of Christian Science, I've been permanently healed of diagnosed hypoglycemia, as well as compulsive dieting. Seeing myself as entirely spiritual is what has brought true freedom to my life.
I was lifted out of preoccupation with my body and into a freedom I'd never known before.
