Noah's heart (The blessing)

Noah's heart.
The vessel that was before Abraham, or ever the world began,
Takes us above floods that would hold us down, and
Uncovers infinite possibilities, as an egg
Yields to the chick's ten thousand pecks
And sees the chick come forth like Lazarus
When Christ calls.

The doorkeepers
Get up and open the windows of Heaven.
Then He comes
And pours us all out,
Ready to build
The promise of rainbow,
The blessing.
