Kids pray for peace

How can kids help make peace in the world? This is what Sunday School students Nakita, Michael, Kieran, and Arnie, who are all from Wolverhampton, England, shared with the Kids' Sentinel.

In the Bible we found many references to peace, which helped us understand where peace comes from and how to find it. We each wrote out some of these promises of peace. Our Sunday School teacher photocopied them on a sheet of paper and made several copies, which we rolled like a scroll and tied with a ribbon. Then we gave these scrolls to friends in church. Here are the promises we gave them:

Dan 10:19 O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong.
