I wanted to pray

My friend Jessica had a wart on her foot, and so did I. Jessica started putting a special kind of medicine on the wart that is supposed to remove it. My mom asked me if I wanted to use the medicine or if I wanted to pray about it as I have been taught in Sunday School. I said that I wanted to pray. My mom helped me. We talked about the fact that I was God's child and God made me perfect. He never made a wart.

Jessica's mom finally took her to have the wart frozen off. I kept on praying. One day I noticed that the wart was shriveling up. Two days later it was gone.

I am grateful to know that a problem can be healed through prayer.
