letters

I have read the Sentinel religiously (a joke) for at least 30 years. I must say the recent changes are wonderful. The articles are so topical. The writing is less formal. Now I need to go out and share it more, I understand, but thanks so much for all your wonderful efforts.

Thank you so much for the wonderful "Welcome" by Dave Hohle and the articles in the June 10 issue, which I just received in the mail today. As I was reading the articles relating to fathers and sons, and the Bible story of Abraham and Isaac, it occurred to me that the ram's skull in William Strutt's painting, discussed in the "Welcome," symbolized the ram sacrificed to God, instead of Isaac.
