Healed of chest infection

I first became acquainted with Christian Science 20 years ago, through my husband's brother-in-law. He lived 1,000 kilometers away, but would send me material to read. Bit by bit I became interested. I witnessed healings of my three children, my husband, and myself—of earaches, colitis, nausea, and rubella.

Some time ago I had a chest infection that made me very afraid. The Christian Science practitioner who I asked to pray with me spoke to me of divine Love, and assured me that no evil comes from God, because He is infinite and completely good. He is Spirit, and in His totality there is nothing that isn't good and spiritual.

Science and Health says: "Christian Science acts as an alterative, neutralizing error with Truth. It changes the secretions, expels humors, dissolves tumors, relaxes rigid muscles, restores carious bones to soundness" (p. 162). I was able to prove in my own life that this is true, because the infection drained and I was completely free from all traces of disease. I was also healed of sinusitis, from which I had suffered since childhood.
