Nothing is beyond God's power

A few years ago, I was alone in the house with my one-year-old daughter. My husband was away on business, and I had decided to take apart a brass lamp that he'd placed inside the slats of a table made from an old luggage holder. The lamp and the table were attached to each other. Because I didn't like this arrangement, I began to dismantle the lamp. But I had failed to switch off the electricity.

I removed the shade and the bulb, and suddenly found myself—both hands on the lamp—with 240 volts of electricity passing through me. I couldn't pull my hands away.
