Bring the "Whole person" to work—notes of Spirituality & Business Symposium
The Fourth International Symposium on Spirituality & Business was held recently at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Attendees from a variety of business enterprises and religious faiths came from as far away as Hong Kong to discus the importance of a spiritual dimension in business.
The two-day event highlighted companies in which individual spirituality is welcomed and nurturned. Speakers from such leading firms as Southwest Airlines and Timberland gave examples of how individual spirituality is fundamental to their success.
