"Prayer — the best medicine"

In 1999, in my second year of high school, my skin became itchy, especially on my hand. Eventually the condition spread all over my body. A month later a spot on my hand became very painful. I worried about it and didn't know what to do.

A friend at school who'd had the same thing said I should go to the hospital. When he said that, I started to think about what l'm learning in Sunday School. I remembered that I could pray to God. That would solve the problem.

So I started praying each night. I also read Science and Health, and articles in magazines like the Christian Science Sentinel. I kept praying. And I was healed.

I'm glad that I've proved that prayer is the best medicine.
