Dear Friends around the world:
There are so many important things the Herald team has in common with each reader. One of them is an earnest desire to be helpful to the world. And what better way to help the whole population of the world than to get to know God a little better. Whether your understanding of God leads you to choose a career or find health and happiness, or to improve your family life and relations with your friends and neighbors — or to other wonderful things — you can be sure that it will be the key to progress for you.
This is an exciting time for you. Your special role in life — your education, your career, your niche in society are all emerging.
And actually, your path in life is unique, guaranteed by God Himself. You can't miss it. You are already occupying an indispensable place in God's universe. And right here, right now, your intelligence and abilities are needed. God is leading you in the right direction. Just trust.
We know that God loves and knows each one of you. Jesus once said, “Rejoice, because your names are written in heaven” (Luke 10:20 ).
These pages are living proof of your spirituality. Your desire to do something for the world is a powerful prayer — “An offering pure of love.” This was also the desire and prayer of the founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy. She actually wrote that line herself.
We appreciate your interest in this magazine, published in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
With much love and gratitude for your participation, for your support, and for the promise you bring to the world, we welcome you to the third annual edition of the Teen Herald.
