Forgiveness leads to healing of breathing difficulty
Translated from Spanish
A while ago a situation with some friends arose that, little by little, made me feel resentful and resulted in my feeling deep sadness, helplessness, and great depression. This mental state was undermining me physically, and I was experiencing bronchial problems to the extreme that it was difficult for me to breathe at night.
I began to pray in order to better understand God and my relationship with Him as His child. But the situation didn't change. Memories of attitudes that those friends had had toward me served to perpetuate my resentment. I felt that my thoughts didn't reflect divine Mind, that I wasn't expressing love, harmony, health, and understanding. I felt a great emptiness, and this increased my feeling of helplessness.
