Stop stress now
Take your troubles to God.
A battery of lawsuits were filed against my husband. Coupled with the false charges was bitter evidence that employees he trusted and befriended had stolen office equipment and flagrantly misused telephone privileges. Our goal from the start of this business had been to follow God's direction in order to help mankind. Now our hopes for this benevolent venture began to crumble.
Soon the stress associated with all this became intolerable. There was only one thing to do—I turned to God. I needed to see that God, good, is the one and only Mind and Life. I should adore Him with my whole heart, soul, and mind. Knowing Him as Father-Mother, helper and counselor, and myself as God's child, His likeness, would rekindle forgiveness, quiet mental turmoil, and restore peace.
