Child prays at camp
While I was at summer camp for the first time last year, I slipped on wet concrete and hit my side on the corner of the washstand. It hurt. Right away I thought, "God is good. This can't happen to me or anyone else." The pain went away.
But later, when I saw what looked like an injury on my side, the pain came back. I remembered that the pain had gone away when I prayed the first time, and so I knew it could go away again. It did. And this time it didn't come back. I am grateful that this kind of thing can be healed immediately.
