A life renewed
Over the past few years there have been a number of situations I needed to deal with: the long illness and death of a parent, difficulties demonstrating financial supply, problems with my marriage, the unexpected and long-term visit by one of my spouse's children, severe problems at work. In all of this, I slowly but surely backed away from God and Christian Science. The combination of these events resulted in my experiencing severe nausea that seemed to get progressively worse. I called a Christian Science practitioner for treatment, and received immediate help through prayer.
It was an effort, but it was also fun to start walking while leaning on God for support.
