God loves Rusty—and you!
I Am going to tell you about my friend Rusty. How God loved him and made him well when he felt sick. Rusty was a little boy, but not too little, because his daddy couldn't carry him in his arms anymore. He had to be carried on his dad's back "piggy-back" style! Have you been carried that way?
Rusty was on a trip with his mommy, daddy, grandmother, and a very good friend. They were visiting a city with many interesting things to see and do. It had been a wonderful time, except for this one day. They were going out to dinner at a very fine place to eat. Rusty didn't want to walk and asked his daddy to carry him. His mother said he had not eaten breakfast and was unable to keep his food down. His daddy gently lifted him up on his back and carried him.
