God, good, everywhere, always
I know that God is everywhere,
His presence fills all space,
So evil cannot ever have
A moment or a place.
Although we seem to hear about
Bad happenings every day,
We must be sure that God is All,
Every time we pray.
Those evil things that seem so real
May sometimes make us fear;
But we can always, always find
God's love—forever near.
So, all the time I am at school
Or playing with my friends,
I can remember "God is good!"
His goodness never ends;
It's everywhere—for all mankind,
For folk of every race!
And prayer like this will help to make
The world a better place.
